<p><p>hi dave,i seen you were from glasgow,how s perth? friends of mine stay in carramar near joondalup,i m hoping to head out next year if i get a visa,peryh is the only city i ve not been to in oz,i spent nearly 3 years in sydney and loved it.All is i m hearing is how expensive oz is,how are you finding it,some people are saying it s too expensive to buy a house?</p></p>
